Done By None- Apparel section

The first site I would want to review here is Done by None. Why? Well just like that and also this is actually my favorite site where I generally browse for clothes. I found out about this site through Facebook ads and followed a picture of a pretty top on that ad. On the first look the site looked quite neat and cute. The pretty homepage banner instantly caught my eye. Absolutely adore the quirky yet very chic feel they have given to their site. It definitely sets them apart from the boring display of other such sites. But what i absolutely love about this site is the creative way they have shot their products, and the amazing use of outdoors is just fantastic.

Its Kinda cute the way they shoot their products using such different props like the way they shot these shoes at a playground. I Like :).

Well, i ordered a Pink (ofcourse) Polka dot and a 'Light me up' Ganji. They both were priced at INR 799, which i thought was quite decent. Both these ganjis are manufactured by 'Done by None' itslef. Here are the pics of the Light me up ganji:

Well the best part, within two hours of oredring, i got a text informing me that they have shipped my order and within 24 hours the package was delivered at my desk! That was an awesome service man!! Well done!

That's how the package looked when it arrived :)

It was packed in a brown package, and when i opened it the ganji was wrapped in a cute 'Wow' neon green paper, which was kinda cute.

Both these ganjis are made of excellent quality of fabric and fits me quite well.

Here is how the pink ganji looks on me ;)

I am gonna sum up the portal with these below pointers, along with my ratings to each category:

1. Site URL: donebynone.com
2. Categories: Apparels, Footwear, Handbags, Accessories
3. Brands Offered: They are the manufactures of their own goods, so all the products are by "Done by None" itself
4. Display/User Interface: (Rating: 8/10) Clean interface with broad categories mentioned right on the top header
5. Variety: (Rating: 6/10) They can surely add more stuff to their top-wear section
6. Size Chart: (Rating: 8/10) Standard size chart for all top-wear and bottom wear.
7. Payment Gateway: (Rating: 10/10) Accepts all major credit/debit cards. COD available
8. Follow up: (Rating: 10/10) Got a text at the time of shipment with 3 hrs of ordering and delivery confirmation later.
9. Shipment: (Rating: 10/10) Within 24 hours (i got mine delivered in Gurgaon, can't comment on other cities/localities)

Shopping vopping - the 'e' way!

The smell of new shoes, the clean crease of a new dress, the adorable softness of a new scarf literally turns me on! The day i come home with my shopping bags are the days when i have that little jump in my gait and the biggest smile on my dimpled cheek. I am the real life Rebecca Bloomwood of 'Çonfessions of a shopoholic' and that is exactly what i am gonna write about here because that is all i know and know it best.

I love to shop, more than anything else in the world. I would rather spend hours checking out whats new in the market than talk to my friends or cuddle up with my boyfriend. :p  I spend 80% of my salary in shopping clothes, cosmetics, shoes and save up the remaining to buy something big like an expensive overcoat, boots etc :)

I have always spent hours n hours in malls or Delhi's other markets looking out for clothes and other stuff, but lately I have caught this online shopping craze. Every other day a package arrives for me at my office's reception from one of these fashion sites. But you know it gets me into funny situations when my boss & colleagues gawk at those huge pretty packages and just laugh away at my stupid habit of buying stuff online. But i tell you what, it is probably the most convenient way to shop!! I really thank the makers of Internet & e-commerce people that they invented this super awesome concept of checking something online and voila you get to own it in a just a click without even having to step out of your office. And you know the best part, no matter how busy the day at work, i always find a minute here and there free to buy something i really had in mind. It kinda pushes me to work harder at my job so that i can afford some more stuff. It sounds silly, but as long as i can afford it, i don't think anyone should have a problem with that. :P

So how it will go, i will share my experiences with these e-comm sites with the world, so that you know how reliable these sites are and what kind of stuff they sell. :) I hope i am of some use to shopping-addict girls :)
